1. Introduction

6. User obligations
6.1 The User shall:

6.1.1 provide accurate and complete personal data in accordance with the website’s Terms and Conditions and this Policy;

6.1.2 promptly provide the Company with updated personal data;

6.1.3. promptly notify the Company if the User becomes aware that a third party has obtained unauthorized access to the User’s personal data;

6.1.4 notify the Company of any objection to the purposes of data processing or if the User wishes the Company to cease processing the User’s personal data by sending a corresponding notice. The User understands that submitting such notice constitutes grounds for the termination of the relationship between the Parties under the Terms and Conditions published on this website.
7. Company’s rights
7.1 The Company has the right to:

7.1.1 terminate any contractual relationship (as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions published on the Company’s website) with the User in the event that the User fails to provide consent to the processing of their personal data by the Company for the purposes specified in this Policy;

7.1.2 amend this Policy unilaterally, with any changes effective upon publication on this website; where required by law, Users will be notified of any material changes.
8. Company’s obligations
8.1 The Company shall:

8.1.1 inform the User, upon request, of the recipients of their personal data (i.e., third parties);

8.1.2 provide the User, upon request, with their personal data held by the Company in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format if the User submits a relevant request;

8.1.3 notify the User and the relevant supervisory authority of any personal data breach concerning the User’s personal data without undue delay after becoming aware of it.

8.2 The Parties also have all rights and obligations provided under the General Data Protection Regulation. The period for which the Company retains the User’s personal data covers the entire duration of the relationship between the Parties, as defined in the Terms and Conditions published on the Company’s website, and for a further three years following the termination of that relationship.

9.1 The Company shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC), as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC.

10.1 The Company reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for repetitive requests, requests for additional copies of the same data, and/or requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
