1. Introduction

The Company for the purpose of identifying the User’s personality has the right to request a scanned copy of their passport.

3.3 You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the data which You provide. We use Your personal data for the purpose of providing You with the services on our website, to identify You when signing up on the website, to identify You for the correctness of making payments from the user to the Company and from the Company to the user. We use Your payment details (such as the cardholder name, the credit card number, and the expiration date) for the purpose of providing You with the services on our website.

5.1.6 request access to the personal data which the Company stores;

6. User obligations
6.1 The User shall:

6.1.1 provide accurate and correct personal data in full volume, in accordance with the website Terms&Conditions and this Policy;

6.1.2 promptly provide the Company with the updated personal data;

6.1.3. promptly notify the Company about the fact of an unauthorised receipt of the personal data by a third party if the User became aware of such fact;

6.1.4 notify the Company about any disagreements on any of the purposes of data processing or if the User wishes the Company to terminate the processing of the personal data via sending a corresponding notice. The User is fully aware that sending such a notice with any of the purposes of personal data processing and/or intention to stop processing their personal data being made by the Company shall be the legal ground for the termination of any relationships between the Parties according the Terms&Conditions placed on this website.
7. Company’s rights
7.1 The Company has the right to:

7.1.1 terminate any and all contractual relationships (stipulated by the Terms&Conditions posted on the Company’s website) with the User in case of non-provision of the consent for processing of their personal data by the Company for the purposes specified in this Policy;

7.1.2 amend this Policy unilaterally without receiving any prior approval for such amendments from the User.

8. Company’s obligations
8.1 The Company shall:

8.1.2 provide the User with their personal data (being stored by the Company) in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format if a relevant request has been filed by the User;

8.2 The Parties also have all rights and obligations provided by the General Data Protection Regulation. The time period of storing the User’s personal data by the Company extends for the entire period of the duration of relationships between the parties Provided by the Terms&Conditions placed on the Company’s website as well as for the next three years after the termination of the Parties’ relationships.

9. Legal protection
9.1 The Company must comply with the Law on the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of Individuals) No. 138(I)/2001 of 23 November 2001 as amended; with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and the Electronic Communications Privacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC) as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC.

9.2 If the User wishes to view any personal data that the Company stores or if the User wants to amend personal data or delete them; or if the User wishes to receive information on how their personal data are used by the Company and how the Company ensures the confidentiality of their personal data, the User may submit a request via email [email protected].
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 The Company reserves the right to charge reasonable fees for duplicate requests, requests for additional copies of the same data, and/or requests which are considered obviously unreasonable or excessive.

10.2 The Company can also refuse to provide answers on requests which it considers obviously unreasonable or excessive.
